1、How are tissue culture plants packaged？

Tissue culture plants are packaged in  aseptic containers or aseptic plastic bags, with outer packaging using foam boxes to ensure safe transportation of the plants.
2、How are Plug seedlings packaged?

Plug seedlings are in paper cartons containing plug plants packed with or without trays.

3、How to transport plants？

We transport by air to ensure that fresh plants are in the best condition.

4、How long does it take to delivery after placing order?

In case we have enough stock, we need  2 weeks to prepare all documents and arrange transportation after order confirmation.

5、What is the payment term?

T/T 100% advence payment 10-15 days before shipping.

6、What is the after-sales policy?

We accept claim for plants after delivering. Digital photos is required to protect your claim.
